CRITT, Materia Nova, Sirris, UMons en VOM, partners in het Alt Ctrl Trans project, organiseren een studienamiddag over alternatieve coatings ter vervanging van coatings gebaseerd op hexavalent chroom, waarvan het gebruik in principe verboden is onder REACH. Naast de presentatie van enkele resultaten van het project, waaronder de voorstelling van een website die bedrijven wegwijs wil maken in de selectie van een alternatief voor hexavalent hardchroom, worden ook industriële cases gepresenteerd waar alternatieve coatings of behandelingen succesvol werden toegepast.
